Jesse Kaba is the General Counsel of Crown Holdings Group and its affiliated entities. As General Counsel, Jesse is responsible for the legal oversight of all Crown transactions, including debt financings, acquisitions, development, leasing, dispositions and joint ventures, in addition to the management and coordination of all issues related to corporate governance, legal and regulatory compliance, risk management and loss and liability mitigation.

Prior to joining Crown Holdings Group, Jesse was in private legal practice for nearly 13 years, representing and advising clients in connection with a wide range of sophisticated commercial real estate transactions and complex issues. Jesse’s practice focused on the entire property life cycle, guiding client from the initial acquisition, to the negotiation, structuring, and documentation of both equity and debt financing.

Additionally, Jesse has extensive experience in the area of complex commercial title insurance, having spent the first several years of his career working with one of the largest independent commercial title insurance agents in Georgia.

Jesse holds both a Bachelor of Arts and a Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Georgia, and is admitted to practice in the State of Georgia.
