Monarch at Chapman Ford, which was sold by Brixmor Residential Pool I SPE, LLC was purchased with cash and bank debt from First National Bank. The property is located on Chapman Highway in Knoxville, TN and consists of 225,675 SF of retail space, anchored by Rush Fitness, First Tennessee Bank and Pathways Church. The property is one of the largest and busiest retail centers in the Southeast area of Knoxville, TN.

The property will be managed by Star Commercial. With the addition of Monarch at Chapman Ford, Monarch Investments now owns and manages over a dozen retail centers in the Southeastern United States. Since the purchase of Chapman Ford, Monarch Investments has gained two new tenants and extended leases to all existing tenants. Monarch Investments plans to make property specific renovations which will enhance the value of the property.
