Nia Owens joined Monarch in 2015 as an intern from Kennesaw State University, where she received her Bachelors of Business Administration with a concentration in Management. Now a graduate, Ms. Owens joined the Monarch team as Tenant Relations Coordinator in January of 2016. She is responsible for processes and communications that result in long-term, mutually successful relationships between the company and its 230 tenants. Additionally, Nia oversees day-to-day business operations, such as providing administrative support to the property management staff, and managing the accounts payable system. In her free time, Ms. Owens enjoys photography, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
